If the one thing separating the average American from cheap meds and lower costs for routine hospital procedures like orthopedic surgeries, ER Visits, Childbirth, etc is a million dead Africans, that is a sacrifice I am willing to make and would make again and again and again

@Shadowman311 A million dead Africans isn't a sacrifice, but it's a good start. I'd be fine with 1M Africans dying for no reason at all at this point.
