Most of time, I'm not a fan of character redesigns. However, I think the character "Grit" from Advance Wars looks cooler in the new artwork compared to his original art.
@TrueMasterCole I like new Grit, but I find it much harder to differentiate units than it was in DS or DoR. I blame the object overlap and 3D-ification.
@RegalBeagle I hope they release the ds games. I had fun with the GBA remakes, but advance wars has the worst luck on release dates which hurts their sales. The original released a day before 9/11, and reboot was delayed even though it was complete because of Russia/Ukraine, leading to low sales.
