Let's say you have a 2014 Camry with a 2.5L inline 4 gasoline engine.
Toyota says to change the oil every 10,000 miles and use 0w-20 oil.
Change your oil every 5000 miles and use 5w-30.

@EscapeVelo Do you have a summer weight and a winter weight? I've thought about doing something like this, but haven't had the time to research it.
I could get away with 15w-40 where I live....10w-30 easy.
