How to Make Mead
I’ve been making homemade wine and cider for almost eight years, and because I find it so rewarding, I thought I would share how easy it is to do.

(Obviously, the better your ingredients the better the end product and if you choose to use sugar instead of honey, you won’t technically have a mead, but rather a “mash”, but it will still taste good — and do the trick.)
Ingredients:
3 lbs. of honey (2 lbs. of sugar)
2 quarts of warm water
1 quart of cold water
1 g of . . .
