@egirlyuumimain @cowanon The RF, CCP, and US all have satellite constellations capable of detecting nuclear warheads as soon as they're moved from shielded sites and containers into delivery systems. Nuclear warheads have very distinct radiation emissions and there's no way to shield them one they're launched on a missile or strapped to a plane(Boomer subs are shielded by water when submerged). If a nuke was launched, all 3 nations would know before it as soon as the silo doors opened.

@cowanon You can check off national grid outage. I've heard rumors of Israel having nuked Syria already, but not much confirming it.
