@TenaciousGoat I don't live anywhere near LA and rent is minimum 1,900 if I don't want to live in the place with bullet holes. My current rent is 2100. If I am okay with a few drive bys I could knock it to 1,600.

@DEERBLOOD Tried to buy land recently actually. 1.25 acres $29,000. Land was only worth $12,500 asked for $20,000 was denied.
