@TenaciousGoat I don't live anywhere near LA and rent is minimum 1,900 if I don't want to live in the place with bullet holes. My current rent is 2100. If I am okay with a few drive bys I could knock it to 1,600.

I live with my parents my rent is $0 and I get to hug my mom every day
