Parasites have been know to have immune suppressing abilities. It's possibly Ivermectin blocks the pathways that and cancerous cells use, which allows the body to clear them.
It would be pretty amazing if this was an effective path for treatment even for a portion of cancers, because it would provide an avenue for research for the rest.
