@TenaciousGoat basically they changed "phylactery" to "spirit jar" because a phylactery is something that jews actually use to pray with or some shit.
given that they completely removed orcs, made succubi/incubi trans, added male dryads and hags, and changed sphynxes from monstrosities to celestials, it fits right in line with everything else.
