The road damage from the storm last night was already fixed this morning.

In Yokohama, Japan, an exploded stretch of road near Takada Station was repaired overnight, just hours after powerful stormwaters caused the pavement to erupt.

Locals woke up to a fully restored street, with no trace of the chaos from the previous evening.

And yet I've been living where I'm living for 14 years and there's a pot hole here that's been here the whole time. Makes me wonder why I'm paying over 2k a year in council tax 🤔
