Well… it deals with energy, frequency, and vibration. Energy CANNOT be created nor destroyed merely transferred. @MCMLXVIIOTG I wouldn’t say that energy is wasted. You shit because you eat and the body metabolizes the food. If you eat and exercise at the right point you’ll poop less. Peeing is the body clearing itself of toxins because the body evolved to break things down into water soluble substances.
Sweating is used to regulate temperature which is the most impactful activity your body can do. When sick, temperature increases to kill the illness.
