This year, Easter coincides with the birthday of a man who, in the historic sense, must be called “great.” Eighty years after his death in 1945, Adolf Hitler’s legacy continues to define the post-war global order, through his words, deeds, and the radically varying ways in which they are remembered and interpreted.

Eighty years is both a short and a long time. It is a short time in the history of a civilization. My bees are producing young which is a good sign that they are thriving! I'm very happy to see several frames of brood in there now. A lot of it capped. There are a lot of uncapped eggs and larvae too. I have a picture of the queen, Bee Arthur, she is circled in blue. 🐝🐝🐝

The solid yellow caps on the 1st picture are brood or bees about to hatch. They have a fair amount of honey and pollen spread around too.
