I recently found myself having to choose a new primary doctor. Apparently, they take you off the rolls of your old one if you don’t visit for more than ten years.

Anyway, the new doctor probably didn’t know he was interviewing for the job, but he passed with flying colors. His face was unencumbered by a cloth diaper. He wanted to talk about the food I eat before discussing pills. He offered a seasonal flu shot, but quickly dropped the subject when I declined. And he never once used the word COVID.

Yeah, maybe it’s not much, but after going in with low expectations for corporate network doctors, I was pleasantly surprised.

I just back from the Board game meetup group we played the game A ticket to Ride which is route building, resource management game. I came in 4th out of five people. My mistakes were not getting more tickets to build specific routes for more points and not utilizing my ports. I ended the game with 111, first place was in the 240 point range and was also the only girl in our group who was the wife of the man who explained the game to me.
