I've come to the conclusion that I don't like any of the groups if they're run by women 😏 not because of any misogynistic bitterness or anything, they're just annoying. Either they're too bubbly and act flabbergasted that we aren't all bouncing off the walls with excitement like a bunch of puppies at 8am when we're all older and burned out, not particularly in the mood for this type of thing ever. Or they wanna make you play some boring ass kids games, have you form pairs or teams or make compulsive lists on the whiteboard with shapes and anagrams like they pulled the material out of some self help book. The guys are a bit more engaging or laid back and just bullshit making the 45 minutes a breeze. Then I got the one on ones which I don't mind, I find it easier to speak with one person than with a disruptive group because there's always some melinated headache who's phone is always going off or conversations going on in the corner. I usually just tell the one on ones that I'm burned out with this shit and am tired of my life being in limbo, that I know what I need, but obtaining it these days has become the number one issue facing most working age Americans and seems like intentionally irritating obtrusive obstacles are thrown down left and right like a gauntlet of bullshit. id like to tell them that the only other option is a guerilla ground war with (((the system))) but you don't know if these people have a button they push and then a couple hulking Samoans come in to hold you down and build a file on you. We've simply overcomplicated life.
