@Momther I buy those flavor powders from Aldi’s and mix two of the pitcher packet's with a gallon of water. Water can get boring to drink, but flavored water less so.

I smoked again

This high feels a lot more euphoric than anxious. I think it’s because I haven’t quit on myself and I’m still trying. I’m trying to stick to my routine and goals. Build new habits.

It's never been more important to understand this.

And then put it into action.

My fedi experience: Joined a site where everyone was spiraling… and somehow it cured me. Became social, started hard exercise, started valuing connecting to people again in real life. Started feeling good about existing. And now I am at best point I ever been. Actually the more people insulted me, starting posting shit about me on here, the better my real life became. It’s some weird shit

Been awhile since I’ve smoked weed.

Been a ride so far.
There’s a reason I smoked. It’s to see if weed would be a good coping mechanism for cortisol levels.
