@NoDoxGregBrady Energy is also really high, I wake up faster, yesterday I did my 6 hour work shift at my part time job with no coffee, full mental clarity, it’s really the brain to body connection you notice the most, the transmission of electricity is faster. Workouts are easier. I highly recommend it, although it’s difficult.
