If U want a thin grip for Deadlift then U pick 25 or 28mm or if U want a little bit thicker grip for dumbbell bench press then U pick 40mm or if U want a 75mm gripp to train Ur blacksmith forearms then U pick 75mm.
Or if U have tiny hands then U pick 25mm.
It is Ur choice. Regardless of how U use dumbbells. If U could only have one grip size for Ur dumbbells. Which would it be?
I will probably change to 40mm soon.
