Sadly this was Canada. The legislation makes judges weight race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sex, gender etc disproportionately, and in most cases offering lightweight 'alternative sentencing' guidelines judges must consider, if not favor.

So go have your sweatlodge, go to your court-mandated feelings class, go to Driver's Ed.

Canada's judges have been hamstrung by Trudeau-era policies that became the law of the land through legislation.

Why even try them? Why not just rubberstamp their refugee exemption?

🧵 I've seen so much misinformation (and disinformation) regarding Tuesday night's incident, in which a Haredi youth was accidentally killed by a bus driven by a Palestinian. So let's get the facts straight.

A large protest against the conscription of Haredim (ultra-Orthodox) was held on Tuesday in Jerusalem. This was not an "anti-government protest" as some Twitter accounts claimed - many of the attendees literally have their own representatives in the government, from the Haredi parties.

Throughout the event, Arab bus and taxi drivers were attacked by the racist crowd. The police were nowhere to be found. Rioters were completely free to do whatever they wanted - attacking passersby, throwing stones, vandalizing, torching.

A media crew from state-owned Kan 11, which even included three personal bodyguards, was physically attacked by the protesters. The security personnel couldn't hold off the mob and were injured. The crew had to go and hide inside a closed shop until the protest ended. The reason for the assault? Kan is supposedly "leftist media".

The incident that resulted in the death of the 14-year-old Haredi began when a large mob of Haredim surrounded his bus. They threw stones at the bus and tried to reach the driver, 50-year-old Palestinian Fakhri Khatib from East Jerusalem. He called the police, but for more than four minutes, no one came. In the middle of a huge riot in the heart of Jerusalem, the supposed "capital" of "Israel'".

In the longest video from the event (attached here), filmed by a Channel 14 reporter, a man can be heard saying that "someone should (sacrifice themselves and) get run over, for the sake of all of us."

At a certain point, the crowd managed to open the bus door, entered the bus, spat on Khatib, and tried to break the glass barrier separating them from him.

Across the crowd, a joint chant started - a countdown from 10 to 0. At zero, the crowd was supposed to charge all at once. Khatib probably realized what was about to happen, and as the countdown ended, he stepped on the gas pedal, attempting to flee the murderous, genocidal crowd.

He could not see the 14-year-old who was clinging to the bottom front of his bus. Protesters kept chasing him as he was literally fleeing for his life.

After the bus stopped and the police came to arrest the driver, Haredim attempted once again to lynch him, while frantically screaming "Terrorist!" and "Kill him!". The police had to force their way through the lynch mob.

The police were sursprisngly quick to announce it was not a terrorist attack (or as they call it in Israel "an event on nationalist background"), perhaps so it would be easier for them to cover-up their own complicity. This drew immediate backlash from the right-wing.

While Israeli mainstream media refrained from mentioning that the driver was Palestinian, in an attempt to obscure the racist circumstances of the event, the government's popular propaganda outlet, Channel 14, emphasized the driver's ethnicity - "Arab" - in an attempt to incite against Palestinians and imply the incident was a "terrorist attack" and that Khatib was a "terrorist".

To comply with the demands of government-affiliated propagandists, the police brazenly decided to charge Khatib with "aggravated murder". This blatant move was met with some criticism from Israeli mainstream media, following the online spread of Channel 14's Yehuda Aharoni's video, clearly documenting the attempted lynch. The police then proceeded to amend the charge to involuntary manslaughter, and Khatib's detainment was remanded by the court.

If this were the other way around, if the crowd was Palestinian and the bus driver was Jewish, the driver would've received an award from Ben Gvir by now, and hailed by Israelis as a hero. And if the full video hadn't surfaced, Khatib would've definitely been charged with murder.

It's important to note that despite the ultra-Orthodox's refusal to serve in the army, the vast majority of them are extremely racist. They are being indoctrinated into xenophobic hate as part of their religion, around which their entire lives revolve.

If you:
1. Lead an anti-ICE protest and use your SUV to block the road.
2. Ignore instructions from ICE agents to exit your vehicle.
3. Then drive away directly at one of those ARMED agents.
YOU ARE GOING TO DIE. Your leftist self-righteousness isn't going to save you.
