>but society is indeed hyper rigged. Most men are destined to be wage slaves no matter what they do. The majority cannot win, even if they grind. This is just a lie we tell each other. A minority can climb their way up, but most will fall behind, because our world is hypercompetitive by design.
You also blame social media and video games which just makes you sound like a delusional boomer. These are the symptoms, the escapism, not the cause you midwit. If society was healthy, most men would intrinsically want to participate. Yet, in our world, more and more men are dropping out. Hmm, should we blame all these men, or take a look at the bigger picture? It is unfortunate that most people in this society are braindead and can barely put two thoughts together, and they think any and all problems are individual only.
For >90% of men, 'participating' in society means you just waste your life to make others richer, while you scrape by. There isnt even a promise of some pussy. So tell me, where is the motivation? This has nothing to do with fear or fleeing, it is indeed just rejecting a rigged society where you are expected to grind tens of thousands of hours to MAYBE 'win' something (wealth? status? women?) Also, hitting the gym or building things (which i do) does not equal to winning, not even close.
The solution is to detach.
