I overlook a street from my apartment. On the other side. Houses look completely normal, and the people. It’s not shabby. But just by looking at cars stopping for no reason, and people meeting up, I can see they deal drugs in some at least of the houses. It’s probably better for police to allow some free drug sales, like normal business, than raiding them. Because if they were raided it would just go underground and become more criminal
