They are perhaps genetically incapable of doing this. Arrogance, paranoia, a desire for vengeance, an unearned sense of moral superiority is baked into the cake. To get along with gentiles would mean adopting the thinking, attitudes, and culture of gentiles, and that would erase the distinction between them and gentiles.
