It's usually some retarded security crap that causes the bank to block transactions because they think someone stole your card.
Actual debanking needs to be sanctioned by the federal government I think

I think "all the cards" is the part that got me. But yeah, in addition to a little cash, I always try to have cards from 2 different banks on hand.
