@Salaru 30 tons of fertilizer in pellet form is almost impossible to steal out of bulk railcars on the fly, you would need a large auger on a boom, several men, a semi to haul it, while all out in the open. Nope didn't happen. Probably shipped short. Or inside job or glowie op or maybe both...
@UnpopularOpinion @Salaru Oh I'm sure that stuff was never actually on the rail car, as well as that we'll see it all again in some kind of bomb. You're also very likely right about the bomb being a glowie op to enact something draconian.
