Former Mossad officer Victor Ostrovsky dropped major bombshells in his explosive 1990 book “By Way of Deception” — and immediately tried to ban it worldwide. In the book, Ostrovsky claimed Mossad had advance warning of the devastating 1983 Beirut Marine Barracks bombing that killed 241 American servicemen.
