Poltava has banned Russian-language content in public places, the language ombudsman announced. The restrictions apply to "Russian-language cultural products," including not only #Russian but also Ukrainian content in Russian. The ban will apply to public transportation, food service establishments, cultural institutions, retail outlets, and other public spaces.
