Volkswagen will not return to the #Russian market. But if it suddenly wants to - it will have to build new factories or buy old ones at an overpriced price. This was reported by representatives of the Kaluga region on the sidelines of the SPIEF-2026. The plant, where popular Volkswagen Tiguan and Polo, Škoda Rapid cars were assembled, is now working on the production of Chinese car brands and plans to produce more than 112k cars per year.
