@Zeb unfortunately spain is one of the most feminized european countries. their tax system is the second worst after denmark(ie. they will actually go after you for every single penny they think you owe them), they still have the siesta mindest so nothing gets done as fast as it could, even in the largest cities. so no, spain is really not an option.
