@Zeb i don't know about commodity exchange but i know Russia is working on grain exchange. have not heard about metals yet. as for brics, it is known they will announce brics pay but that is just for governments and such. still, dedolarization is in progress. also they should give stance on gaza. pepe escobar talked about it yesterday. also we will finally know where saudis stand, whether they are in or out.
