Tfm just said his 20yo self would kick his 40yo ass. I am the opposite. Not yet 40 but I would kick my 20yo ass. And I was physically active since 10. In other words, I am getting better by the day, not worse.

Physically, my 20 year old would win.
But realistically, he wouldn't have a chance as he was a nice guy, blue pilled by his sex drive.
My ruthlessness and decisiveness to use violence, playing dirty and the knowledge of combat I have today, I would kill my younger 20 year old in less than a minute.
