A robot waifu that looks like a silicone sex doll would complete destroy the entire social interactions of the entire world overnight. They are more beautiful than essentially 99.9999% of meatbags but they have NO drawbacks or risks.
That is quite possible, they are the leaders in both humadroids and hot sex dolls. DS Doll (now Ex Robotics) had a video of a really cute robot doll head about 8 years ago, kind of jackily winking at the camera.
