I just had a recruiter interview that would involve a permanent relocation to eastern Tennessee.
Chat, what is it like living there? I'd be making ~20% less than my last position in CA, but the cost of living and taxes are much lower. Also my current income is zero.

Knoxville, it says its around 65% white, so it will look like paradise compared to California.
Better bachelor lives in Tennessee and he sings high praises of the state.
