It's weird that in my career the most snobby fagsticks that have prevented me from advancing have been White gen z guys, and hispanic men have mostly treated me with fairness, appreciated my work ethic, and have helped me to succeed.
It's like every time I met a new White guy in my line of work I think he may buck the trend and know the score and at least treat me fairly, but then they usually stab me in the back. Mexicans respond better when I just treat them with respect and pull my weight.
White people in my country behave most like kikes (Boomers, Xers, Millennials). Zers seem slightly better. Not many foreigners here.
