I'm fortunately not damaged to that point, I just have permanent pain. I did need a crutch for almost a decade. There's also my arms who are fucked up from extreme usage. Working one having them (especially my right harm) functional again.

Depression-suicidal thoughts from my experience (and seeing many having them) from two sources:
Physically: From either heavy medication, alcohol/drugs and a bad diet.
Mentally: From powerlessness. By taking action helps with this one. In my case, I have homicidal thoughts, never suicidal. It gives you agency in case everything goes to shit.
200K is feasible if you live smart.

Pretty much. That and various past bullshit, between being waterboarded by my alcoholic grandma, kids tearing my nails off and my little brother suicide and more crap I don't sleep well, have been sleeping at nigghht for the past 4 days which is not common and I hope it will continue.

The bar is pretty high. Crazy woman exists but rare are the ones that would crush you with a truck and not bring you to the hospital because they had to finish work, just for example.
