They are not real replacements. You can't really replace gold with shit and expect it to have the same value.
They are just modern day slaves that the "elite" intends to use as cannon fodder in their directed rebellion to subdue and kill the europeans who don't obey them. They know Indians can never be europeans, everybody has seen India.
@Bernard
You're not alone. I work as IT Consultant too and my lived experience has been the exact same, every single time. Even the best Indian tech guys neeed guidance and lack the self-affirmation and grit Europeans naturally do.
Which is interesting, it created the skill requirement and knowledge of how to manage indians and deal with off-shore teams. It's good you already went through the growing pains and learned to deal with it.
@Zeb
It is of course a downgrade, but it is one that corporations are pursuing more now that AI can supplement and compensate for some of Indians' lack of ability. I spent my career in IT consulting and implementations and learned the hard way that they simply cannot do what Europeans can do. I was given teams of Indians to work for me and assumed they could figure out how to do the tasks I gave them. This bad assumption cost my projects in delays and broken solutions.
