How do they intend to convince Iran to stop, begging?
@Zeb I've said before that I think the war ends, barring some magical path to regime change, with Iran being given security guarantees. They either get a nuke or a Russian military base.
@Zeb There's also the possibility of a white peace being accepted at some point, but I don't think it will be under terms that Israel likes. Iran's willingness to offer good faith is completely depleted, and Israel is going to have to be depleted or restricted to a point where it genuinely does not present any kind of threat anymore.
Personally, I think it's all up to Trump. If he shakes Graham off his back, he'll figure out that he's been had and threaten to withdraw the American presence unless Israel agrees to everything Iran wants because it's the only way to save his presidency. If he doesn't, then the global economy gets destroyed to keep the war going, because the only thing Graham wants to destroy more than Iran is Donald Trump's legacy.
