Not yet. Everything is about incentives, necessity and a sequence of steps required to achieve objectives.
By having AI sex robot waifus and completely eliminating the need for "dating" and all the useless effort that men put into chasing meatbags, the number 1 priority of every single man would be, overnight, how to make your sexy waifu pregnant.
That would easily become the main incentive and objective of men instead of trying to be over 7 feet tall to marry a fat bitch.

We already have abundant outlets in various forms of prostitution and pornography. That has not resulted in more birthrates, but rather the opposite. I don't see how another more lifelike outlet will improve anything.
Unless both men and women can reconnect with their prime biological imperative, to procreate and continue their family and race's future, they will continue pursuing empty selfish lives to extinction. I was similarly misdirected much of my life. Then I realized that my life is insignificant. I owe everything to my ancestors, and the main obligation is continuation of our people. Looking back now, I can recognize how brainwashed I was early in life and how.

Women have largely been corrupted by liberalism/feminism to cause our extinction. Most can be reprogrammed to fulfill their most important role. It is already easy to show them the examples of women working in cubicles while living and dying alone. Hollywood programs them by glamorizing single women whoring around. If only they could be shown the reality of a later empty life after living that way, they would straighten out. It is a matter of educating young women properly. I am not opposed to forcing them to do things.

Good. I hope it works because you'll need to push them against their nature, treat them as their husband's properties and remove all their unearned extra rights.
Your community will have to enforce it, you can't do it alone and they cannot be given the possibility of subverting and betraying your community to foreign invaders. It's a tall order that requires an unwavering iron first, but it's doable. I wish you the best of luck in building it.

By having those mandatory at birth for EVERY woman (no exceptions), you can devise a public punishment against cheating whores. That will be very effective and it's the best way to implement a hard patriarchy, since around 33% of children statistically don't belong to the sucker.
Our economics are such shit this isn't reality for many, but I think you could see a correction (like you said) of women glamorizing lonely careers & childlessness in the near future.
Realistically and politically, no country with modern technology would go back to forbidding women from going to schools, getting careers, not giving them the choice of mate and banning them from most jobs.That's as utopic and absurd as communism itself in our current year.
The only way forward for humanity is beyond. There will be a split in humanity's path and we can see already:
- Men who replace women with waifu robots and artificial wombs.
