WV has a low welfare but apparently there are some kind of FEDERAL subsidies given if the shitskins move to certain areas. I tried talking to a couple nons around here but they all back away or get hostile when I ask about why they moved here, even if I feign happiness they all had the same IMMEDIATE response, someone told them not talk about it with local Whites.
