Then, with the new portability rules, could get fired/laid off, suck off the government teat (with preferential treatment), then use that Visa status to reapply for an Entrepreneurs visa, fast track it due to provable violence/economic hardship in their home country, get a preferred loan, and hire all their cousins, who could then all do the same...
