I think one of my "favorite" Lindsey Graham moments was how he said in 2016 (see video) and 2018 that if there was a SCOTUS vacancy during the final year of Trump's term that the next president should pick the replacement.
(Then in 2020, ignored himself and voted to rush Barrett onto the court)
