Yes, exactly. That will be one third of the future of humanity.
There will be two other factions:
2. The Isolationists, who will go back to the old ways of humanity living in their isolated community and defend them as well as they can. The best example today are the Amish, Mennonnites and the North Sentinel Island.
3. Marauders: Nomads who go around raiding whatever they can and live for pillaging, pirating and plundering. Might call themselves free something.
