That's why the founding fathers wrote the first and second amendment into the constitution.
They are both very clear.

@Zeb How much of a right to free speech do we have if it takes years in court and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fee's to get a 50/50 chance at it?

Most people this would happen to would already be in jail due to not being able to afford the YEARS of lawyer fee's.

It shouldn't cost you nothing. All that "interpreting the constitution" is a lie created by the jews to deceive you into asking them permission for your own given rights.

The founding fathers were aware, which is why they wrote it clearly these are unaliable rights that you can use your own guns as a free man to defend from those who want to take it away.

Its an issue of weakness and fear, not of laws and misunderstandings. Your ancestors can't force you to stand up for yourself.

Shouldn't doesn't mean won't.
We live in the world that is, not the world that should be. You can tell a pig that something you did is not a crime, and it very well might not be according to the letter of the law, he will still put the cuffs on you or murder you if you resist.

Bro, you aren't taking on the entire police force of a town by yourself, which is what you are being threatened with. Calling someone weak because they can't kill an entire SWAT team by themselves and then escape the consequences of it is disingenuous.

It is what it is. The founding fathers went to war against the British army. Many men died in that war, later many died in the Civil War fighting for their home state against tyrants who were once brothers. There was constant wars against indians, mexico amd against Canada at one time.

Even today there are wars everywhere and men choose to fight, like in Yemen and Iran, against all odds. If you go back, men have always had to wage war for their future: we're no exception.
