Europe is gonna (very quietly) deal with the little boat people, probably by squeezing whoever is dumping them. AFAICT they had the backing of the US - because who else has infinite money to throw around making everyone's lives miserable... That backing goes away and they quietly mop.

Little boat people are a BIG problem for Europe, because when they start shit, it puts wind in the sails of anti-EU candidates. The US, Israel, and Russia do not like the EU, so guess where their interests lie...
EU actually kind of does like the EU, and making problems for the US might have been a huge no-no 10 years ago, but now it's like everyone's making problems for the US, so they're not gonna single out the EU for getting rid of their Dingy-Goblins.

To be fair, it's a lot easier to solve europe's problems than the US:
- Countries are much smaller and everyone knows each other in smaller villages.
- There's no single language. Even within a country, there are several dialects. Pretty hard to fit in.
- Europeans are exclusively white. There were no black, arabs or asians in the past. It's very easy to identify non-europeans.
- Except for prostitituion, it's pretty difficult to work under the table.
