That's has been my experience too. The colleagues who are really qualified and would have been very sucessful immigrating, they're not let in. Meanwhile european countries just opened the door to africans and arabs, the less capable and the more criminal the better.
I've seen many of old apartment complexes that have been bought by government and they're paying this new shit crop to live there off welfare.
They're daring the population to do something, gauging how far they can fuck them.
That said, the EU seems to have flipped on the topic of African migrants, if they're accusing Russia of being behind it, they're opening up the idea of it being malicious importation of basically criminal scum...

It's not going that well for them as everytime they capture the "faction" that is helping immigrants and bringing them in, those are almost always jews working at behest of some US/Israeli NGO.
I've seen people have start to notice it quite heavily there and, if it wasn't for the WW2 brainwash, many countries would have already put laws against them.
There are some bills to implement antisemitism laws, but they've been dead on arrival.
For example, by cutting a trade deal with Canada in order to give the US a black eye...
