The reason is they want everyone back in the office is pretty simple: women. With home office, women can't seduce or accuse men to force men to cover or do their work for them.
Notice how all issues with the jew day care that's is corporate offices go away without mandatory offices.
Also there's inflation. They must raise wages if they want on site workers. Everything is too expensive.
