We who are lactose intolerant are truly the bravest people on this planet. We know that dairy hurts us but we still eat/drink it and we are happy

@Mitsu I used to be lactose intolerant, however, I realized that I could tolerate very small amounts a day, so I started to eat it within the daily limit but always trying to slowly increase the amount. Nowadays I'm not intolerant anymore. I don't know if this could be useful to you. For reference, eating lactose would heavily bloat my stomach with gases and cause stomachache sometimes. I don't now if the case is the same. Just throwing my two cents.

@doggel It doesn't work for me, I eat dairy almost everyday and I still have the same problems

@Mitsu No, no, the think I did was to every day eat just the amount I can safely tolerate, I remember I started with half a cookie lol. As another commenter said, there are pills that have the enzyme (lactase enzyme) to digest lactose, that should work too, but I had problem finding them were I live
