If you thought that jewish nepotism would cease in Israel think again, their officer corps are so chock full of unfathomably young and untrained officers that they have to go to the front to make any rulings, which just set them up as targets for snipers. That youthful of an officer corps can only exist during wars of extreme attrition, when there's just thousands of people dying every day in a brutal meat grinder (this is not happening) or by the fact that those officers families essentially bought those ranks through corruption.
