Polling station No. 8237 has opened in the capital of Nigeria for #Russian citizens to vote in the elections for deputies to the ninth convocation of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Voting takes place from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 1119 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja. Russian citizens residing or temporarily residing in Nigeria are eligible to vote. A valid Russian passport is required to receive a ballot.
