Libertarians could be making money or curing cancer now, but you must use your time to fight for freedom when you live in a police state.

Cyberpunk is bugman fantasy, everything is high-tech and urban and everything is ruled over by corrupt government and corporations that they claim to hate while they support all the same social causes as them.

This kind of thing used to annoy me, no generation has ever failed to produce shitheads who laugh at the hard work of others. Now, though, I almost feel sorry for them. They've obviously obtained some kind of fortune, though I'm not excluding the idea that they spend beyond their means. But this fortune doesn't change what they are, and I doubt that they're prepared for what is coming. They can laugh because they live in the moment, where they drive a nice car while others toil. I can smile because I see a bigger picture, where I came from and where I'm going. Because of this I can endure a little bit of ridicule and obscurity.
