Americans either don't know or want to know that the US is collapsing or think that nothing can be done to save the USA. Any plans or ideas to slow or escape the decay are quickly shot down as unworkable.
Instead of demanding that minimum wages be repealed or checkpoints be ended, Americans would rather beg for their chains by asking for more laws.

Americans who hate free trade could take some personal responsibility and boycott foreign goods, but Americans are so enslaved now that they would rather ignore the history of the Great Depression and beg their government overlords for a decree that FORCES them to pay a tax on imports that funds US wars, tyranny, and debt while killing exports and driving up prices.
