Americans either don't know or want to know that the US is collapsing or think that nothing can be done to save the USA. Any plans or ideas to slow or escape the decay are quickly shot down as unworkable.

asking the question "do you smoke?" is no longer implied as cigarettes. if you ask someone that these days they will tell you "well hell yeah" cause they think youre speaking of pot. and a huge majority of younger folks seem to have distanced themselves from drinking entirely.
